Administrator

We are looking for 2 Ticket Fulfilment Administrators to join our busy Finance Operations Team in Leeds on a 9-month fixed term contract

Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills? If yes, then this Ticket Fulfilment role could be for you!

The salary for this position is £19,667 per annum.

Working within the Finance Operations team, you will be responsible for our ticketing allocation invoicing and distribution.

You will support external stakeholders to fulfil order requests, as well as internal customers and our Customer Service and local depot teams with ticketing requirements.

You will be an experienced administrator, with a high attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes. You will have the ability to think logically, and creatively to identify inconsistencies in data and find solutions. You will have a can-do attitude and be a self-motivator.

What will you be doing?

You will be:

  • Accountable for all Ticket Fulfilment activity for First Bus internal and external customers.
  • Providing customer support to queries associated with ticket requests.
  • Monitoring and managing the ticket fulfilment stock requirements and ensuring regular compliance checks are undertaken.
  • Supporting continuous improvement across the ticket fulfilment team
  • Responsible for maintaining communications and interface with customers and stakeholders

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT & Computer Skills (proficient in all Microsoft Products)
  • Proven track record of achieving deadlines and working effectively within a complex and dynamic environment
  • An enthusiastic work ethic and attention to detail
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • A positive approach to the working environment

Experience

  • Previous administrative experience

About Finance Operations and The Team

You will be working within First Bus Finance Operations, in our prestigious city centre offices.  You will be part of a team that reports into the Cash Collections Team Leader.
