The Role?

We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor based at ounewly created Customer Contact Centre in the City Centre to provide support for our customers' transaction requests, through a range of inbound and outbound communication channels. You will have the responsibility to provide customer support which can range from processing compensation claims to complaints handling and will play a key role in meeting the team and departmental objectives by effectively addressing any issues for our customers.

  • You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service?
  • You have an excellent telephone and social media manner?
  • Committed to working a regular shift pattern from 6am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday?
  • Have excellent written English skills, this is a must?
  • You are thorough with good attention to detail?
  • You can empathise with other people's perspectives and work well with others?
  • Have an ability to remain calm in challenging situations?
  • Able to adapt to an ever-changing customer services environment?
  • Have good IT skills, can learn new technology and processes quickly?
