Recruitment Process Timeline

What does our application journey involve? We want to make sure it runs as smoothly as our services and it’s fair for all. So, this is what to expect. These are the different stops along the way.


1. Application

When you find the role for you click on apply. And then we’ll ask you a series of questions to make sure you and the role are a great match. It takes around 20 minutes to apply.

2. Email alerts

We’ll email you to let you know how your application is progressing. So, keep a close eye on your emails and make sure you respond quickly to any requests. You don’t want to miss out on any potential opportunities. You can also see where your application is up to by logging into your account.

3. Situational Judgement Test (SJTs)

Our online SJTs give you a real flavour of the role you’re applying for and put your skills, attitude and decision making to the test. We’ll give you 18 different situations that you could find yourself in. And then you select what you’d do from a choice of three options. This really puts you in the shoes of people who are currently doing the roles.

4. Telephone interview

If you impress us with your online assessment, we may ask you to take part in a telephone interview. This gives us the chance to get to know more about each other. Talking to someone in our team, we’ll chat about the role, find out more about you and answer your questions.

5. Assessment centre

If we think your skills and qualities are a great match for the role, we’ll invite you to come along to one of our assessment centres. You should allow a full day for your assessment and arrive a bit early, so we can get started on time.

What can you expect? - We'll ask you to complete a range of tests that will help you show off your abilities. If time allows, we'll let you know your results on the day and what the next steps will be.

How should you prepare? - We’ll email you to confirm the assessment and what it will involve. For some roles, we’ll also give you access to some assessment practice materials. You should use these to prepare for your assessment. We’ll ask you on the day if you received and used these materials.

What do you need to bring? - We may also ask you to bring some important bits of information. But we’ll confirm this in your email.

6. Interview

If you’re successful at our assessment centre, you’ll make it through to your first face-to-face meeting with us. Congratulations! We believe interviews should be a two-way process. We can find out more about you and ask you key competency based questions relevant to the role. While you can ask us any questions you may have and find out more about the role and our business.

7. Medical

Some roles also require a medical assessment before you start. This will be carried out before we make you a formal offer.
