Salary
Whether you join us as a commercial / operations or an engineering graduate, you’ll enjoy a really competitive starting salary of £26,000 including a welcome bonus of £1,500. And on top of this we offer a comprehensive benefits package.

With SAYE you can save an agreed amount over three years, and have the option to buy FirstGroup plc shares at a pre-agreed price at the end of that time. With BAYE you buy FirstGroup plc shares every month out of your Gross pay, saving income tax and National Insurance, plus First gives you some free shares every month. BAYE is available after you’ve completed six months service.

My Pension – The First Pension Scheme enables you to build savings which will provide you with a pension. You can choose how much you want to save, and depending upon your service this determines how much the Company puts into your pension pot.

Training
We’ll fund all of your comprehensive on and off-the-job training ranging from but not limited to; finance for non-finance managers, Intro to project management, Intro to coaching, commercial awareness, as well as your programme of continuous development throughout the two years.

Annual leave
You are entitled to 27 days annual leave and 6 bank holidays (depending on where you are based the bank holidays will differ).
